Virgin Poker and Virgin Games on Quidco
Has anyone had BOTH these track. Reason I ask is I already signed upto the Poker site (through Quidco) and now virgin games is there, but as the games site also deals with poker, would this effectively mean it would not track. Reason I ask is, essentially its a free £50 on slots/poker etc (on the assumption that it tracks…

Family matters
Hello, I'm a newbie to this site and am wondering if anyone has gotten into debt because of their own family? I'm 26, have never been in debt, always paid my bills on time, have always been careful with money and have never bought unecessary clothes or possessions and up until Xmas 2 years ago I had a very healthy savings…

Letter from DCA - advice please
I've been paying a loan off with a DCA at a manageable monthly rate for me, but of course they're doing the pushing for higher payments thing. Just had the letter below from them and wondered if anyone has any advice on the best move - "Your account is now overdue for an assessment of your financial situation, please…

On DMP - wife got parking ticket
Are we able to write to them (parkwise) and request to pay this off in installments as we are on a DMP and can't afford to pay all in one go this month (or next month really)? Can't fight this horrible charge as wife can't remember whether she parked on a bus stop or not (charge says parked in a restricted street during…

Debt Free When!
I wouldnt say this is me getting on the whole DFW bandwagon, as i feel its not really as important to me as other things in life at the moment, however i think it shows with how the financials of my life have revesed since say november last year. A massive Thank You
I just thought I would write to say a massive thank you! I've been looking on here for a while trying to sort out my debts and reading other people's stories made me realise that it could be done. After burying my head in the sand and refusing to open my mail I knew something had to be done and you might not realise it but…

Weird letter
Hi all Been on DMP with payplan since Jan 07, paid 3 installments so far, most creditors OK, a couple dragging their heels, still phoning and sending letters which we send straight to payplan (Lloyds TSB CC & RBOS i think). Anyway, wife received a letter this morning which has upset her, from a DCA in scotland acting on…

Council Tax -bailiffs
My mum has walking possessions on a lot of things in our house as she can't afford the 2000 a year council tax bill. It is not my debt and most of my things are gifts or have been bought…

Another debt diary
Because this way I may actually have to do the things I said I would. Like switching energy supplier. Won’t that be an exciting way to spend a Friday night? I get all the fun of digging old bills out, and standing on a chair to read the meters, all so I can check with uswitch and start the fun of actually changing. And…

Post Grad loans
I'm probably going back to uni in september and so unfortunately need to borrow money to do this. Personal Loan
I have 20,00 outstanding on a personal loan and 15,000 owing on cc's. I have contacted CCCS today and made an appt. to discuss a DMP.
