I am paying out every month for a course which will mean I can have a sideline job to boost my income by this time next year.Will this be allowable when totting up how much I have left to pay creditors or will I have to give up the course?

Advice - people routing through our bins
I thought it was abit funny when yesturday morning I got up to find our bin lid open, and our neighbours across the way.
