Help needed contacting dca???

We've been trying to get in touch with one of my husbands DCA's that he deals with and as he didn't keep any of the paperwork about the debt we have no idea how much he owes or how to contact them to find out! Can anyone help? DH had a quick google for them but came up with nothing....
the name is Rockwell Debt Collection Agency (Or something like that, we just call them rockwell..).

Have a look on the Financial Services Association website (FSA) - if they are registered then their address should be on there.
If not, I am sure they will contact you sooner or later.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

from another website it seems they are linked to Tessera....Rockwell Debt Collection are on 01702 444777 She did answer the phone as Tessera, but was able to deal with my clients Rockwell query.
