How to claim under Direct Debit Gurantee?
What are the magic words to say to your bank to get a refund under the Direct Debit Gurantee. Sky have overcharged me. When I had this problem before, the bank said it would take a few days as they would need to talk with Sky? I thought refunds were immediate under the gurantee?

Going Over your Overdraft By 1 day (£1.20) - Affect credit rating?
I paid a cheque into the account and I mis-calculated when the cheque would clear.
