RE Bankruptcy, advice filling form in online please!

Hi Guys,
I'm wading through the online form and it is asking dates incurred on my debts.
Trouble is I have no idea what dates I took the accounts/overdraft out etc and it won't let me bypass this if I leave it blank.
I know the dates of my loans, but not the dates I got my CC, my catalogue and my when my overdraft started.
What should I do?

Just put down approximate dates the best you can. When you have competed the online form and printed it out, you will get a couple of extra sheets at the end for 'additional info'. On there you can just handwrite (or type in if you're good at formatting!) that these dates are approximate.
The Official Receiver has the power to find out all these dates for themselves from the credit providers - should they so wish to or need to.
A lot of people cannot remember the exact dates....I know I couldn't. Just approximate.

Everybody has a credit file, you can request a copy from Equifax and Experian, just look on here and it will tell you how to get free copiesAll comments and advice given is my own opinion and does not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation.

Forgot to say, the extra sheets are not shown when you're completing online. They only 'magically appear' when you print the forms out!0

I know I 'have' a credit file, what I meant was that I don't have access to mine.
I didn't wanna wait for one through the post and don't you need a card to get a free copy? I don't have any cards to be able to sign up to do that.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Phew, thanks for telling me that! I've just finished the form and I wondered where I could enter the extra info on it before I submitted it all lol
Still can't submit it yet tho, got no ink in the printer so I'll have to pop over to Mums tomorrow to print them off there
Once they are printed out, looks like court for me, YIKES! :eek:Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Just print a copy from the forms section of the website and give a rough gestimate (they are not that important, more of an indication). Some OR's look down on forms completed online. You also sign an affadavit to state that the form has been completed in your own hand wrighting.

Well I printed it all off earliler today and rang the court to make an appointment.
Lady I spoke to said for some reason, the online forms are missing certain things so she's sending me a pack out which I've got to fill in now
I don't HAVE to fill it all in, I can just take the missing sheets out of her pack, fill them in and add them to mine but knowing me I'll make a balls up with it all, so I'll just start from scratch.
Next Tuesday morning I've got to go to the court - cacking my pants now! :eek:Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0
