If my balance is zero on my credit card and I still have all my available credit on what happens to a refund that I'm due on it from an item I returned? I have £400 being refunded onto that card you see

Gifts and Section 75
Hi I purchased a faulty gift on credit card, the credit card company claims that section 75 only covers purchased which primarily benefit the cardholder. Are gifts covered by section 75? If so how can I get them to reconsider their decision?

Just discovered to my surprise that Paypal don't charge a fee for sending money to a friend (i.e. not a purchase) when a CC is used as the source. Is this a recent change? Do card issuers treat such payments as cash transactions?

I have a MkOne store card, MkOne went bust years ago. The creation finance account still exists, the card still exists wierdly with a Duet symbol that nobody accepts anymore. It has a balance with minimum payments requested every month. Shouldnt they issue a usable card?
