Refund on credit card

If my balance is zero on my credit card and I still have all my available credit on what happens to a refund that I'm due on it from an item I returned?
I have £400 being refunded onto that card you see

Your card will go into credit.
Either spend it or request the card issuer to refund it back to your account/send a cheque.0 -
