Can I claim under Section 75 for a land purchase?
Hello I wonder if anyone can help, as i am confused regarding a Section 75 claim for the purchase of land. The site states that land purchases are not covered under Section 75, however I have seen some comments from people who have sucsessfully claimed their money back. Just bought an Orange Prepaid Mastercard, using a "Text Voucher". One of the other options, is to buy it with a Credit/Debit Card :huh: If you had a Credit/Debit Card, you wouldn't need a Pre-Paid Mastercard Card, would you? :doh:

If I have a credit card and I used it to transfer a balance at 0% for 2 Year but I then also used it for purchases at 0% for 6 months. What do my repayments pay off first? The earliest transcations? i.e. I will be charged interest on my purchases for the remainder of the balance.
