What interest rate are fees charged at?
Anyone know the answer to this? For example, lets say I have a card with 15% interest on purchases and 20% on cash advances - if I get hit with a $30 over the limit fee, would this accumulate interest at 15% or 20%? (or higher?) Any thoughts?:confused:

3.8% to CC payment 4 accommodation/France
Am about to pay for holiday accommodation in France. Company tells me there is a 3.8% processing charge (outwith their control) on credit card payments. Am told unless I have french bank a/c I will have to add 3.8% to rental rate -Is this correct? Anyone had similar experience or know how to avoid paying this amount?
