Settling a Credit Card
Just took a loan to pay off a load of credit cards. Just wondered whether people have tried haggling down their credit card debts? I'm thinking of phoning them up and asking how much they would accept to clear the debt, even though I have enough loan to cover the debts as they stand. Is this the type of thing that could…

Don't forget your minimum payments at Easter
I know I have been stung before my MSE days but just thought I would remind everyone that there are 4 non bank days ahead (2 bank holidays, Fri and Mon and of course Sat and Sun) so some minimum payments might need to be made in a different way depending on your bank. I know that with a couple of my credit cards the…

NatWest
Does 'online banking' from NatWest cover their credit card? (same question for RBS credit card?) They say you can't register if you 'only' have a C.C. with them and no other accounts but if you open a simple savings account (£1 deposit) you would then have access to the complete online banking I assume. Is the C.C.…
