Been on the radio today / interview

Problems with magazine daily 'shares'...any ideas?

Excludes Northern Ireland competitions
I have noticed that some competitions exclude Northern Ireland (I'm not complaining although I do think at times it is unfair). Entering "family holiday" comps w/o children
There are a few comps on the board for family holidays. I don't have kids, so if I entered and won any ideas as to whether I'd be able to still take up the prize? (this of course ignores the issue of whether this sort of comp should be left to people with families given how many holiday comps are for just 2 people!)

Facebook "follow" button ?
I've noticed recently that when I "like" a facebook page, there is a new "follow" button which is automatically ticked. Does anyone know if you have to tick this too to be eligible for competitions? I've been unticking it but think I may be disqualifying myself!
