Trying to get clear up my twitter

So, I keep hitting the limit on twitter for the amount of people I can follow.
I currently use tweepi to narrow down the people i'm following. Every now and then I get rid of anyone who hasn't tweeted in a month.
I'd really like to be able to search through the names and bios, but tweepi doesn't offer this service for free.
Does anyone know of a site like tweepi that can do this or have any good tips for narrowing down the people you follow?

try www.untweeps.com - xan search for anyone you follow that hasnt tweeted for 16+ days.. you get a list, up to you to keep / remove from list..
be sure to revoke access to your twitter account when they are gone (in settings / apps)Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
