Removing a search
Hello, M&S Bank agreed to remove a credit search. They have advised me that they have told Equifax to remove it, and its not their problem (or words to that effect) - can I ask for advice on who is responsible for that data being removed?

I know that we can afford it (just) and have minimised outgoing as much as currently possible, I…

TSB complaint with ombudsman
Just reading the article about TSB complaints with the ombudsan from July to December last year. Seems like most of them have been processed and decisions made. Mine hasn't. I complained to TSB at the start of August and the ombudsman (as TSB hadn't done anything) in mid October. Its been with them over 5 months. I've rang…

Hi, I'm hoping somebody might be able to clarify this for me! My partner and I would like to set up a joint account for household expenses etc. But, we'd still like our own independence and to therefore have our own current accounts too. Business bank account - credit 'protection'
I was recently speaking to someone regarding business bank accounts. They told me that with a business bank account, you can make a bank transfer payment and gt the same credit protection terms as with a credit card. ie If you paid a company direct for some goods (or services?) and that other company went into liquidation…

Can I re-claim bank charges from Barclays under hardship rules from 2013-2015
Hi I hope that you may be able to help. I have recently had a sort out and come across some old bank statements. Opening a UK bank account in Euros
I have some money in a bank account in Ireland that now needs to be closed. I would really like to keep it in Euros. My bank (Natwest) doesn't offer a Euro bank account. Has anyone come across any others? It's a few thousand pounds so may not be worth it but I would rather avoid the current rate of exchange and keep it in…
