Packaged bank account fees repaid - but not to me
Bit of a complicated story here so bear with me. I've recently reclaimed fees deducted from a packaged bank account I was mis-sold by Natwest, they upheld my complaint (which is great), but when they sent me the settlement cheque they only sent me the interest amount. In their letter they state that as my old account is…

Co-op cashback if previously taken?
Anyone know if there is a minimum timescale to get the £150 switching bonus if you've previously had it? In other words, if you've had a co-op switch bonus before (say a year ago) and then closed the account, can you reapply and get another £150 cashback? Do they keep a record of previous accounts and bonuses paid?

Closing Bank Accounts
Hi all, I've got a quick question related to closing bank accounts. I've recently become a First Direct customer but the entire experience has been so mind-bendingly awful that I just want to be done with them and their platypus army. I'm so displeased with their uselessness that I'm not even bothered about the switching…

yorkshire bank interest
Opened a YB Current account Direct recently. The terms state that they pay no interest on balances over 3k - does that mean that i will get the interest on 3k but nothing on the extra over 3k or do I have to keep the balance under 3k in order to get any interest. The notes don't make it clear.
