Changing from Lloyds Platinum to Silver nice to know
I upgraded to Lloyds Platinum from the Silver version a while ago, took me 5 minutes online. Easy. Just downgraded back to Silver version, could only be done on the phone and took a painful 40 minutes??!!

How old to switch banks?
I always thought you had to be 18 to switch a bank account, but just clicked onto the Co-op switch page and it says you have to be 16. Does anyone know if all switches are 16? My son has an Adapt account with Natwest and is 16.

TSB Classic Plus query
I have just opened a TSB Classic Plus Account, mainly for the ridiculously good interest! When it says you have to pay in £500 a month, would it work if I transferred £500 from the account I get my wages paid into (satisfying the criteria of the £500 a month) and then transferred the £500 straight back out again?

Halifax current account not on credit files.....
I've had my halifax current for about 20 years, think it was called a maxim account first off. What I've notice is that this account doesn't appear on any CRA file I have received from experian etc.. However newer accounts with halifax ( reward accounts ) etc do appear on CRA. As the 20 year old one is my main account…
