Can Bank debit my account without permission?
Changed some foreign currency - agreed and signed for the exchange (I was selling) and the Bank applied the proceeds to my account. They have now reveresed that transaction and applied a different rate (lower proceeds) Before I contact them am I right in thinking that thats not within their gift?
