I've been trying to get a new Debit Card from N/W for nearly 6 months. They cannot seem to do it.Twice the new card has come in my wife's name - leading to non-acceptance in several stores as they gave her a new PIN which she was not aware of. We have mony in the account -no credit problem. I have phoned many times - (complete waste of time) & emailed on the internet site a few times. I am being denied access to my money. They cannot seem to synchronise a new card & a new PIN. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Talking to a Swindon friend who works for N/W they said the staff are demoralised as everything is being outsourced since a new CEO was appointed. Any comments on this? I had used the customer services in the past & they were great. Now quite useless. I am shocked as a member I do not want them dragged down. I am quite happy with the current profit levels.
