Sell stuff at hogmanay event - do I need a lisence?
I would like to sell some things at our annual hogmanay event - which is a party in the street. Would I need a street traders lisence? How do I go about getting it? Would it be different if I sold edible items? Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.
