Is anyone else having problems with toluna not adding points for polls? ive read on their blog that they are having problems with opinions but nothing about polls. ive tried emailing them twice and had nothing back!

I have had to contact them 3 times over points not being credited, be sure to keep your survey invites as they will ask you to send them back to them to prove that you had the survey invite. I am still waiting for survey points that I did back in June.0

I've noticed that when i've done their quick polls on their site, i only get the points for 2 or 3 :rolleyes:“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
Some people only dream of angels, i held one in my arms.

hi
i got a response back from them last week saying it should be adding points correctly and that the fault had been fixed. it worked fine for a day and then stopped working again!

I had this problem to, emailed them about 3 weeks ago and the other day. Both times was told they are working on the problem. I completed 120 polls aprox and only earned points for 40. So annoying as they havent said they will be adding these points on!Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0
