I been with them for a few years now and I get surveys everyday, but don't qualify for all of them. I too have been caught in the no vouchers till July thing, very annoying. I have another points for another voucher but I'm not claiming it yet. The 3/4 weeks for delivery is a bit wrong though, the last one took 6 weeks. I find it a bit strange as other sites who do e-vouchers send them out within 24 hours or less of you claiming it. They only send paper vouchers for Amazon which too is odd, as surely an e-voucher is cheaper.
I have qualified for one product test, chocolate. Just my luck it's never the Ipod, or games console.
I'd stick with them as its an easy way to get voucher to feed my DVD addiction!

Iv been waiting for well over a month for a £10 Sainsburys voucher, Perhaps this is the reason why.

I have received my Amazon voucher and it's an e-voucher, not paper as they told me. It said on the site the expected date of arrival would be 16/7 but I received it on the 9th. A few days before I recieved it I also sent off for another amazon voucher and I'm already up to 8,000 + points. Perfect.

I can't find where to email them - I redeemed them on 5 June which is 5-6 weeks ago

  • I think I'm going to leave Toluna (again). I decided not to bother any longer when a 40,000 point survey didn't track a couple of years ago (when they were someone else).

Lo and behold, here we are again - I joined six weeks ago (having seen how happy with them a lot of folks on here were), immediately did a 20,000 point survey, got right to the end, definitely completed it, no screen out...and again, no points tracked.

There are other ways and means, I feel, to work my way through my Amazon Wish list!

you have to wait a minimum of 4 weeks for the points to track and then just nag the hell out of them if they dont give you them
  • Yep, tried that (and boy can I nag...) but to no avail...

Will give it one last go :)

I find with Toluna, that they ask you LOADS of questions, then say 'I'm sorry, you're not suitable for this survey'. WTH? I probably already told them what they wanted to know! So, they're getting my opinions for free! I find this with many survey companies to be honest.
