I'm still waiting for two HMV e-vouchers I ordered in early June, starting to think I'll never get them . You'd think e-vouchers would come faster too...

i hate toluna now its one of those where u get half way through the survey then they say sorry your not what we are after etc. ive given up with them now

I am now 4 months overdue on vouchers they kept saying "Sorry we'll send one out to you now will take around 4 weeks", wait another 4 weeks still no voucher same process Eventually they now say sorry we're having trouble sending out vouchers... basically your points are worthless you will never get vouchers useless site avoid it completely.

I have done a bit with Toluna but worked out that you have to do a hell of a lot of work with them for points? I mean if you just did the quick polls (15pts) it would probably take 6 hours to get a voucher!! Thats a rubbish rate of pay.

I've just joined toluna, have done lots of polls for 15pts but these aren't showing on my little statement thing - do they take a while to come on?

i wouldnt waste your time doing them jenny, toluna are rubbish like everyone has said itll take aaaaages to get any vouchers, if u even get them...

They do not reply to emails; they owe me a voucher from a year ago...and I do not know how they choose people fot the trials of products as I have never been chosen!!

Just cancelled my account. Just can't be bothered as even when you query missing points, you still don't get them...

I'll stick to STP, Dooyoo, and one or two others from now on

I'm getting quite annoyed with Toluna. I've received the e-voucher I ordered in June but am missing points all the way from April despite having sent them copies of the invites at least four times they've added less than 1/4 of the points.
