Tax credits - hours of work inconsistencies
Officially on IS now as officially redundant...boo! I'm on the case though and have applied for a few jobs which are nil hour contracts (boo again, but provide flexibility to combat my childcare issues, yay!). So, I've cancelled my working tax credits claim, and whilst I was on the phone I asked the lady to clarify how…

Have been trying to find out info on whether DLA care is exportable to Gibraltar, i am not clear as to whether the special rules mean that it isn't exportable. Dispite winning my tribunal earlier this year, the DWP are now putting me through the whole process again. I have received the ESA 50 form which I am ploughing through at the moment. I fully expect to be sent for another WCA with ATOS. Of course i am wary about this as they put a load of rubbish in the last one, which is…

Tax credits...why are we getting more money from them now we're better off?
We're earning 7k more than last year, but our child tax credit payments have almost doubled. Nothing else has changed about our circumstances, except for being better off. I've spoken to someone there who says that it's all ok and not to worry, but it doesnt make any sense to me that we're getting more this year than last…
