Income support suspended-what now?

As the title says my income support has been suspended. I work a shift in a pub which I told them about and they said I had to provide a payslip within a month. Unfortunately I went away then the treasurer did so this was going to be out of the month. I informed I.S and the guy informed me that it was fine don't worry about it send it when you get them. Fast forward 2 weeks (now 5 days out of the month to send it) and yesterday I received a form to fill in from Benefit Integrity Centre. Fill in by 17th October and send payslips. All fine then today I get a letter saying as of 16th September your I.S is suspended and decision cannot be appealed.
I immediately phoned them up and the man said he had no record of this phonecall (thats fine I will do on my bill!) but that he would contact the integrity centre and get them to contact me. Now waiting for that. My next payment due next Thursday. Am completely stressed now as not getting that payment completely screws up everything. All my money is accounted for and I am now worried about my bills not being paid/ bank charging me for failed direct debits etc.
Has anyone had any experience of this? I am so worried I feel sick:(
Thank you in advance.

could you not have sent in the payslips you did have and ask to send the rest later? you'd get a payslip evey week when you got your pay, yes?
I'm assuming as your on IS that you're a single parent? you'll still have your CTC/CB and your wages to tide you over until you get it sorted. (maybe also child support from child/childrens father).
I'm not aware that they can refuse you an appeal, I've never heard of that happening.
I'd get on the phone asap to get it sorted if I was you.0 -
No payslips....its just a local village conservative club....only £25 a shift so that won't go a long way to tiding me over unfortunately. Yes do have CTC/Cb thankfully and also child support but this is a bit hit and miss right now. I have phoned them just waiting for integrity centre to call. In the letter it says' you cannot appeal against the decision. However, if this decision causes you hardship, please get in touch'. So lets hope for a positive outcome.
I am currently job hunting so hopefully won't be relying on I.S for much longer anyway. If music be the food of love then play on"No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow". ღ ~Maya AngelouDoing it for my kids. For a better secure life. x0 -

I hope you do get it sorted, I'm thinking if you can provide them with what they need your benefit will be reinstated. A letter from your employer may do as long as they can verify the details etc.0 -
