i wish to apply for a barclays basic bank account. but in my bankruptcy barclays was one of my creditors. is it still ok to apply for this account.i did get early discharge from bankruptcy. so not sure on this

gf got a letter from red who are chasing a debt from teh halifax saying that they are applying to the court to make my girlfreind bankrupt can they do this i rang them and they spouted on about pay 6 payments well over 800 pounds each the debts only for a thousand we kepp getting letters from howells for the same thing too…

Car on HP can we keep it

I just want to know out of interest if you are paying you loans and loaning money on credit but paying off what you loan can you petition for bankruptcy. A friend of mine is saying that his what he is doing but I do not know if you need a reason to go bankrupt like can no longer pay.

Benefits and Bankruptcy
I was declared Bankrupt in Sept 2009 and I am now unemployed I have not yet signed on at the job centre. If I sign on are any befits subject to the OR taking them.
