Wifes soa

When we go BR do we have to do seperate SOA`s? If so how do we break the figures down? My wifes income is all derived from benefits whilst mine is an employers pension and benefits. Do we just duplicate the figures or do we put individual ones down. This has started to confuse me now  and not really sure what to do for the best?

    Hi dojoman,

Yes you need to do separate ones. Put your income on yours with all your wife's income as her contribution. On hers put her income with all your income as your contribution. Then just put all the expenses as the same on both forms. When it comes to interview it will be apparent to the OR how you've done it and they'll work it out from there.

That's what we did anyway and it was fine!

As your income is all derived from benefits, then doing a mass one would be better and easier for you. As its all benefits then you will not get an IPA anyway so the OR is not going to look at it in any real depth.
