BR is done in one day. You turn up and its done. Have you called the court to see if its an appointment or a turn up system?
I can promise you that when you walk out of court, and realise that you haven't been branded and life still goes on, that it really isn't that bad afterall and you will wonder what all the fuss is about. Then nerves set in again for the OR interview and once thats done, thats it. Over. (more or less)0 -

It thats the court system then thats what will happen. Courts do not make you go back the next day; on the assumption that you will turn up at 9am with the correct forms/fees etc.0

Derby court operated a drop-in service when I went BR there in January. Turn-up half and hour before the open to make sure you have a spot. It was my understanding that they saw 8 people per day for BR. The whole process is very straightforward and there's nothing to be concerned about at all, I didn't even see the judge.
And if its any help, going BR was the best thing I ever did - I was near suicidal this time last year with Christmas approaching, no money and a business about to fold - but nine months on and I'm so much happier than I've been in years. And even have a few quid to spare at the end of the month which was never the case when I was trying to service my debts.BR 26th Jan 09 . . . Discharged 21/9/09 !!! :j:j:j0 -
