    My court handled things in the way that doors open at 9am but the counter opens at 10am. You tell the ushers why you are there and the ushers then notify the BR clerk rather than waiting at the counter service.

    This seems to be the general rule.

    I did not think i would have to wait until 10am just that if the court sees 8 bankrupts a day they will need to get a move on or i would be there all day.
