Can you get chased for debt after discharge if not included on BR order
If you missed a creditor which arose before going bankrupt say, and you had been discharged since, could they chase you for the cash, or does the bankruptcy order protect you for anything incurred prior to going BR?

Hi I'm not even BR yet so a little ahead of myself. when you clean up your file after BR will they be able to mark file as "satisfied" if you have an IPA lasting 3 years?
