can i keep my mobile contract when going br? renewed my contract a couple of months ago , does it have to be included in the debts or can i just keep paying it? it is very cheap!thanks

If you don't owe anymore than your standard contract (i.e. no arrears) then you should be able to keep it and don't need to mention it on your forms as a debt (just as an expense):hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0

I asked this question in my OR interview and was told it was fine to keep mine.

Nah, I kept hold of my contract all through my BR and actually renewed it before discharge.
Occasionally the phone company might want to cancel it but if you've no arrears then there's no need to tell them

Yeah, shoudl be ok as above. Although mine was work related and was very high so he questioned the amount I wanted to set aside.
Then I got a work mob and all was ok!
