I'm guessing this is a relief for you?

I'm in Scotland too, and it's looking likely that my DH will be headed down the B/R route as well.

I'd be really interested in hearing how you get on.

My husband is on a DAS right now, but it's for over £500 a month for - wait for it......... 12yrs!!

Putting on the reasonable head - it doesn't take much to realise if he went B/R it would be over and done with in 6 yrs.

All the very best Scottishsodapop, and remember to keep us posted on your progress.
Don't try to keep up with the Joneses - Drag them down to your level - it's cheaper . :p:D

Congratulations on getting through it. My case is in the hands of the AIB and has been for last 3 weeks - hoping to hear something very soon?? It was the Council who issued the charge too, but I also sent details away to AIB to hopefully speed up the process so, that my wages would not be arrested as I am sole earner.
Can you explain what the process was - how did they notify you?
  • hi dotty case was at court on monday i phoned sheriffs officer who was dealing with it and they called this morning to let me know that paper work had been sent to wilson andrews and that id hear from them shortly
also that if any creditors get in touch just to inform them what was happening
touch wood so far so good
