We need to file for bankruptcy from outside the UK so will have to pay for a company or solicitor to represent us. We are planning to use 'Bankruptcy from Abroad' but have also looked at 'My Vesta' and 'Bankruptcy Advisory Service'. Has anyone used one of these companies or know of them? I have now sent in all the stuff the OR asked me to send in, bank statements and so on, will she send me a copy of the report she will send off to the creditors in 6-8 weeks and tell me then if i have to repay anything or is that the end of the OR, do they keep in touch for the year or do i just contact if there is any…
