Do you need to have your passport to petition for bankruptcy? I have lost mine and want to know if i have to budget for getting it replaced in order to go bankrupt. hi, I'm filling in my SOA online and I just have a question please, where it asks about your creditors it also asks for the date you got the cards, loans etc. But the thing is I don't remember as it was so long ago.
