Pensions and Bankruptcy
Well I'm now almost on the edge of finally going BR. I have a pension question and I'm hoping that someone may be able to help me. In the long lost 1980's, the good old days, I opted out of serps using Scottish Widow's pension builder, a few years back I opted back in to serps when it was beneficial to be in the official…

last hurrah
I spotted a fairly good deal on ferry fares to Dunkirk next month, ie £60 max return for me, OH, child and car. Would it be madness to pay for this online with card (from account that it is in credit) a week before going to court? No accommodation necessary. Have friends nearby. Seems like best (only) chance of a summer…

Tax credit arrears from pre BR.
Hi all, A friend was made BR earlier this year. She has just had a letter from the wonderful tax credit people to say that she has been overpaid . Am I right in saying that as she is not already in an arrangement with them then the arrears will go straight into the BR. Thanks folks.

Hi All, We are trying to get an appointment to go to CAB, but in the mean time I thought I would come on here for some advice.
