Scottish councils have been placing communal bin areas in roads outside tenement flats. Would this put you off buying a property that had these directly outside the flat you were thinking of buying? Young people think it's a good idea but people middle aged and older find them to be a monstrosity.

I'm thinking of getting a prepaid travel money card for my upcoming trip to Canada. Does anyone have any recomendations for which card to get please?
