Here's this weeks chart:
No SoTW this week but commiserations to Syman for the post holiday gain - I'm sure it will come off, once you get back to a normal routine.
Here's this weeks chart for the Olympic exercise challenge:
Well done everyone taking part .

STS since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge, another 112 minutes please (gardening time only). Also, have been out cycling doing various activities e.g. food "bargains" shopping and checking/picking free blackberries and raspberries.
Bit of a struggle last week regarding diet and also the gardening time was less. Nevertheless, maybe not as "bad" as I think?
Thanks.

Thanks for the charts and "congrats" last week fredsnail.
STS since last Wednesday. (Thought it might be an increase as eating more as the weeks go by). Did some outdoor biking, a short walk for free blackberries but hardly any gardening. However, I have used the indoor bike more so I will just include this exercise for the exercise challenge. So far this month, + 4 hours and 6 minutes.
With thanks.
P.S. Bike mileometer not working.0
