Well done to everyone who completed the previous challenges :j, and a warm welcome to all newcomers! (if I forget to put you on the first page list - nag at me until I do :rotfl:, oh and you don't have to let anyone know your starting weight unless you really want to!)

Here goes for another half stone challenge! Don't think of how much you'd like/need to lose, just focus on losing those 7lbs for May! See, it doesn't seem so bad, does it :D

This is a useful site for tracking your weight, food etc

http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/account/index.php

You set up your own target by inputting weight, height, how active your lifestyle is, and any medical conditions. Then each day you keep a food diary by inputting what you eat, and also an activity log. The site works out your calories for input (food) and output (activity). The idea is that you keep the input between 500 and 1000 cals below the output, but without dropping below the minimum food cals set by the site for your lifestyle etc. And best of all the calorie count site is free!

If you're interested sign up here and lets help each other :T

Remember - It's 2011 and we will soon be in 7th Heaven :D

    Hello All!

    Can I join?

Have managed to lose 23lbs since mid Jan but fell off (jumped off) the wagon in April just seemed to stay the same- so could use a bit more focus, was getting a bit down because I'm still 2 stone away from where I'd like to be but hopefully focusing on 7lbs in May will help with that!

    Thanks

me please. lost 2 pounds last month (well it's still this month but because there's a new thread......)

Please put my starting weight at 132lbs.

Good luck all! I start my Aussie holiday on May 13th (and the wedding i've been trying to slim down for is on May 21st!) So i will probably cave some time after that and sample all the yummy aussie food (seriously, australian fast food is 1000000 times better than the fast food in the UK)...but still hoping for a loss this month, at least in the first two weeks.

    Hiya,

I'd like to join please. I'm getting married in New York in August and feel so frustrated with myself that I haven't really done anything up till now.

I'm a size 14/16 (depending on the shop) and would like to be a 12.

    Hi All

Can I join please. I lost weight with WW last year and got on the scales this morning and most of it is back on:o

I would like to lose 16lb in total but 7lb in May sounds doable (fingers crossed)

    Thanks
