Thanks Bob the thought of moving to fit a family in got very real when we started measuring bedrooms to check whether nursery furniture would fit
She's amazing. It's my sisters birthday today and it was little ones hospital appt. The docs are pleased with her weight gain and feeding and have discharged her, so I'm sure that's the best present she could have had:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

OMG I've been awol for a couple of days and look what happens!! Congratulations hun, I am so made up for you.
I am on my day off tomorrow, we are having new electric cables fitted, so I will be popping to town and there will be four little knitted hats appearing in your letter box soon. Mum has done different sizes for the little girl so you will have to let me know which fits her best and there is only one for the little boy at the moment so you can size it for us. More to follow.
I have big news too but I will save that for my diary lol.

Wow Kirsty - so pleased for you. Things are going brilliantly at the moment. A new house - for what it's worth I think it's a really wise decision and well thought out - although I don't envy your stress levels. We are only remortgaging at the moment and I'm finding it almost unbearable.
And brilliant that things are going well with OH and the counselling, and that your sister has the best ever birthday present.
Massive congratulations.Not giving up

Thanks CCL. I think it's the right move in the long run, will just make for an interesting few weeks until we get mortgage offer and exchange.
I'm already having mass panic about the mortgage process, even though my debt is significantly less than it was 12 months ago, we are going for a significantly higher mortgage and I can feel the stress headache biting at my heels!
Hope the remortgaging process goes well:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

I totally love your updates. £22k paid off! That's mad! Just think if you stick to the mse life you can be mortgage free in 15 years or something! That's amazing.
Still waiting on our purchase. I will have been at my mum's 4 weeks tomorrow and I'm going insane. The thing we are waiting on is being difficult for no reason and the seller is trying to refuse to sell to us so that is all fun and games.
Will you be happy with a shiny new house? I thought you liked fixer uppers. Or is that just the furniture?
I can't believe how quickly it's turned round and going well again so happy for you and your family kirsty. What's your end of year target then? £7600? Keep it up you superstsr xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

Well done Kirsty, that's a significant amount you have paid off there. I'm so excited for you with your new home and that things are going great with OH. Will OH's friend be moving with you?
