I buy my supplies from Ebay usually. I found these snowflake wires
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330610538646?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
I then treaded crystal, pearl and plastic beads onto the wires. Made a loop on the ends and strung onto clear elastic.
Hopefully my friends will like them.Slimming world new starter 2/1/17

i'll stop now, you get the gist:o
Oooh, I love these! They're about my level, as I can't sew at all.
I might have a go at them.
Just felt and glue, I assume? What kind of glue would work on felt?

I used 4,6 and 8mm beads for the snowflakes.
I haven't posted the pictures on my Facebook page yet.... Don't want to scare people with "Festive" stuff too early:DSlimming world new starter 2/1/17

Excuse my thickness lol... how do u make the ends of the wire look all rounded and neat? Is there a special little tool? Or is it just crafty pliers?Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0

Probably crafty plier things or something, I was gonna use the wrong end of tweezers to twist it round since I don't have any special tools.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -
The wire on these snowflake blanks is very stiff and hard. I bent the wire back over the bead (90 degrees) with flat pliers, then used a set of round nosed pliers to bend the wire round to make a neat loop.
On the instructions it says to glue a small bead to the end, But I wanted to be able to thread some clear thread or ribbon to the snowflake.Slimming world new starter 2/1/17
