Shame you didn't mention that Tesco had said they would reimburse your Taxi fare if you wrote in. If you had I think the replies would have been quite different.

I don,t think it would have made any difference to the hostility i,ve been shown tbh as some minds are just like concrete : permanently set!

So Tesco told you to stop whatever you were doing, drop everything and return to the store immediately? Rubbish.

Where did i say that they insisted i drop everything and stop what i was doing???!! : the context was related to a previous poster asking why i didn,t post it , freeze it ,etc so nae ,tis you who is talking rubbish and misinterpreting what i said...duh!!

I quoted exactly what you said - very difficult to misinterpret the words insisted and immediately! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Jesus wept.

In these circumstances the procedure is very simple:

    1. Remove foreign object from food
    2. Place foreign object in bin
    3. Continue preparing and cooking food
    4. Eat food
    5. Live your life

Are you a politician by chance as you have evaded from answering my question : where did i say i were to "stop what i was doing" and "drop everything" .I used the words "immediately " and "insisted" in relation to the posters'who suggested posting /freezing the item : i never indicated that those words were in the literal sense as you seem to interpret them as being ..duh!!
