    No not vanity, she is not steady enough on her feet, very weak but bit better today:T but would you go out with packing up your nose and a sling catching all the blood? No dont think so:rotfl:

    I lost -1lb
    Had to go diabetic nurse today, she went WOW look at you:D i have to go for blood tests next week and she thinks i may have reversed my diabetes:T:T:T fingers crossed, this will mean no medication just control by diet, will always be classed as a diabetic.
    Has anyone heard from Wiz?

    Its been a catastrophic week. Twisting round to get into bed,I forgot to do my normal thing,placing a pillow between my knees as I get into bed.Next thing I knew was a grinding pain.I felt as if flesh had got in between the metal bits of my knee replacement!:eek:
    .I have been pretty much immobile and in pain for 4 days. Couldnt get out shopping,ended up eating bread,scones,tins of tomato soup,rice,and generally high carbs since I wasnt up to my usual several hours a day cooking.:(
    Eating pain killers,wrong food,plus bloating(could tell from not being able to remove my rings),all led to a depressing 1.5 lbs increase,very depressing after losing 4.5 lbs last week plus SOTW.
    Its exactly 1 year tomorrow since my second knee op,thought I was doing so well,now I feel almost in as much pain as straight after the op!Cant bend the leg at all,and am not sleeping well.
    At least I have had a home delivery from Asda,so will do a bit better in the food area this next week - I hope.!!!! But still cant walk,or bend the leg. Could be a bit of a setback. Wish me luck for next week

    I may have had a f*** s****** tonight. Late coming home and couldn’t face cooking. This ‘getting back on track’ week is not going very well. But I’m feeling great!
