Not sure this is a serious question but if it is you haven't really given enough information to advise you.

It would depend on what bread you've used! As long as you have used 2 slices from a 400g loaf it would be your HEB. However if it's anything else then it would need to be synned. At least it has some Speed food in it!

The coleslaw would also need synning, even if you've made it yourself because of the coleslaw. If you also added butter/spread that too would be synned. So all in all not really a good choice - but at least it would be better than a shop bought sandwich, which would be anything from 14 - 23 syns depending on what's in it.

Sorry Denise I forgot I even wrote that. Well I chopped up a load of red cabbage, carrots and red onion with some black pepper and then just enough normal Hellmans mayo to coat it all (and a big stir). The bread was "Burgens Linseed and Soya" free from gluten/wheat and dairy. And added some thin chopped tomatoes.

Was yummy! Better than my Cheese and pickle with full fat Lurpak every day lol

What do you guys tend to eat at lunch?

That looks a good SP day. Just make sure you measure the pickle as a dollop is definitely more than a Tbs:rotfl:.

    Thanks Denise!

I had 2 tbs in the end so 2 syns! no hash brown with dinner though although I did have 2 cups of tea so there will be some milk syns!

  • Every 1/2 stone I've lost I've always bought myself something that I wouldn't necessarily buy otherwise as a little reward.

As for no new clothes, I'm generally still wearing the same clothes I wore when I was 4 st heavier - so much so even hubby has threatened to throw all my clothes out so I would be forced to buy some that fit rather than look like coloured sacks on me.

Perhaps for reaching my target I need a really big treat but I'm not sure what I could afford!

Is there anything you've always wanted to do/ try. I originally always wanted to go paragliding in New Zealand so lost a bit of weight before going but by the time I got there I was around 16 stone and weight wise was over the limit technically but they still let me do it. Is there anything like that - indoor skydiving, crystal maze in Manchester/ London?

Your sandwich wasn't really very SW friendly unfortunately - the bread is 5.5 syns per slice and normal mayo is 5 syns per Tbs and I suspect you used more than that, so your sandwich was at least 16 syns which is more than a day's syns!

Get yourself some weightwatchers wraps. There a bit pricey at £1.40 for 6 but I freeze mine and they last for ages. Make pizza out of them or wraps and they only take a couple of hours to defrost
