    Well done, TIE.

bubbs, fruit and yogurt doesn’t have the same appetite inspiring effect ☹

Well, today we had a belated-by-one-day celebration of my granddaughter’s 6th birthday. No cake for me – only because it was chocolate tbh - but I did have (more than) my fair share of the takeaway curry we had!

Have a great day on Sunday. I’m going up to Dundee for the match, so mine will no doubt be miserable.

This might help some of you. Works out under £2 an issue delivered. I've just ordered it as I've had good food mag all year and normally get lonely planet but I'm not paying £40 for it unless it has a good free gift or something

    I used to be a 38FF.

I will have a go at this... the bras I got from Sainsburys were 36 F, but the band was too big and the cup too small ....so on these directions I could be a 34 ZZ :D:D:D:D:D

With fruit and yoghurt I sprinkle some chai seeds on the top... it just makes it a little more visually appetising!

    Keep warm today x

2 lb off today... so those peaches was not that bad ... well they tasted vile!

Thanks for the link to the bra measuring post. Have just measured myself and it seems I should be wearing a larger cup size, although I have the right band size. Currently wearing a 34C but should be wearing a 34DD according to that website! May just have to try a larger one on to see if it is more comfortable, although my bras are all fairly new and seem to fit well.

Had way too many syns last night so need to be good for the rest of the week and only have a few syns each day!

    Today's plan:

    B - SW fry up
    L - tuna & sweetcorn mayo sandwich - HEB + 0.5 for mayo
D - HB braised steak with added veg - carrots, celery, leek, pepper and anything else I can find in the veg drawer of the fridge! so will end up more like a beef stew! Will have with mash & cabbage on the side.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - sandwich
    Syns - mayo 0.5
