    I have had a strange day... and an oops day.

    Breakfast - cereal (HEB) and rice milk (no idea)
    Took mum out, so missed lunch (she had cake - I had a banana)
    Then when I got home I went OOT.

    2 tins of mushy peas, with ham.

    Then

    Fat free cottage cheese and more ham

    then

    Banana, FF yog and my oops... another HEB (I'd forgotten that I had it this morning!)

    No tea for me!

    That's not a really bad day! The rice milk in probably your HEA, as you don't seem to have had that The rest of it is Free foods. The only syns are your extra HEB @ 6 syns.

    Could do with some more Speed foods but other than that no too bad. How about some fruit this evening?

    You've done well bubbs, don't pull yourself down. I went in hollister as years ago I worked at a summer camp in America where it was nearly $2 to the pound and bought some of their 3/4 trousers. Went in today and tried on an xel coat and could get in it. Can't justify paying £100 for it so waiting for Black Friday/ Boxing Day sales to see what's what
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

    I am going to pack my large clothes away, as I have only lost weight once, and throw all the clothes away..... mistake!

    When I put weight back on, I kept all the slim clothes....I have loads of suits! :D:D:D:D
