I'm sorry you're feeling so low HI. I wish there was something we could do to help.

Remember nothing is ever as bad as it seems. Do you need to talk to someone in RL like the CAB or your doctor?

I'm sure whoever you spoke to would understand HI. You do sound to me like you need to speak to a real person like a counsellor. They won't take you away, or your children, because you are depressed. You are such a good mum. They will give you the help you need to feel better.
