Hello Jack - I think your Decree Nisi was due through today.
Hope all went smoothly and that you continue to benefit from a more untroubled sleep.
Thinking of you.

Yes think so had some further requests from my solictors to send updates of all bank and credit card statements. I'm running out of options for 0% cards, tried applying for some today but got rejected guess they must know I've got 3 0% cards with £14k on. The 0% ends on one in Feb but can't transfer as others are close to the limit. Still got some big legal fees to cover so things are going to get more difficult.Regards

Remember that three or more applications for credit in three months affects your credit rating and that rejections are also a problem.
May be worth getting all your credit records now and just before the court date.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Get all three. Your recent rejections may not be showing up yet as it can take one month for them to up-date.
P.S if you are now a renter rather than home-owner or living at an address where you are not on the electoral roll it will affect your credit rating. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Essentially you have no chance of getting a new 0% card without being on the current electoral roll. I am guessing your ex has taken you off the house list:(.
You should be able to get yourself listed at your current address by going to your local Council website and finding the form there.
Just make sure that all your other accounts are at your new address. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thinking positively, hoping powerfully that 'No news is Good News' for you this w/e, starting tonight, with your own 'Jack special' downtime.
If the postponed cinema date with daughter goes ahead, I wish you both a happy time out together, with some nonsense and laughter thrown in.
Have you worked out an alternative crimbo for yourself Jack?
There were some good ideas in earlier posts.
Hopefully, I'll be volunteering.
All good wishes.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Unless Jack has put his home address as the marital home rather than his flat on the application (which seems unlikely Mrs Jack doesn't need an extra card) then it'll be more to do with no electoral roll entry at the applicant address....not the old one. Definitely get onto the electoral roll Jack.

Yes according to the credit ref it is the electoral roll that's the problem, I have already register and have an email confirming that but council don't updatr their records until Feb each year.Regards
