  • In the Blackpool store today were the Gammon joints and several different types of cheese.( It did make me laugh though when the woman at CS said through gritted teeth as she refunded me, that someone somewhere wasen't doing their job properly!!!!).
Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker :)

As long as she was doing her job properly, who cares.

Why is it that some of them give the impression it's coming out of their wages?

Organic Wensleydale is still wrongly priced (£3.17lb shelf price/ £3.22lb pack price) but beware of Floor supervisors who want to palm you off with all of the following:

The shelf says portions not portion so your cheese is not on the right shelf? or the difference in price(10p) or a full refund without the goods or your cheese is really from Shropshire? I had all these excuses in the 35mins it took me to finally get the refund for the 2 packs my mum and I had bought.

I checked my local extra for mispriced laptops (see previous thread) but the only two acers they had were correctly priced at £468 & £748.

The bush freeview boxes were also correct at £34.87.

Bacon joints still incorrect price in Worcester - shelf at £3.42kg, packs £3.44kg.

Didn't get any more though because of grief they gave me last time. Still, they scanned through some reduced fresh fish at full price and I got a full refund on that and so did my mom (but that wasn't a misprice...just their mistake!)
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

  • OK 1st: No wrongly priced laptops in Cardiff - shame

2nd - Still loads of wrongly priced bacon though! :j

ASDA's POLICY - as promised on Tescos Thread Part 2

I had an email from ASDA this morning - here it is:

    Dear Ms *********

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately you will only receive one gift card from your store and the total
amount of difference that you were overcharged.

    Kind Regards

Just returned from Tesco with a smoked and unsmoked 2kg prime gammon joint. Shelf price was £7.98..ticket price was £8.48. Made sure they scanned thru at £8.48 before going thru the checkout.

Customer service was very apologetic and offered a full refund of £16.96 without any fuss. Hope that helps.
