  • I need to save money up, so what I have decided to do is starting from 1st January I am going to put a pound in a jar every day, so by 30th November I will - hopefully - have £335 saved towards next Christmas. Will let you know how I get on :D

I want/need to sort out paperwork in some sort of order that makes sense. (I'm doing my family tree so even more papers laying around)
Generally de-clutter and make sure that if I never buy anything from the charity shop (can't resist them) unless I get rid of something, that should keep the level of 'stuff' on an even keel.
I want to do something I've never done before..........a sort of personal challenge...........done water colours, card making, taught myself computer (such as it is) and now running out of ideas of what to do next.
Saw a thread on the Work,Home and Play Forum about Christmas..........some of them have made gift baskets as presents, priced them all out. Looks like a cheap way of creating presents without spending a lot so that looks like something worth trying.
OH has bought me a beauty treatment voucher for christmas. Special offer from new hair salon.............pedicure,manicure,facial, hairdo, massage etc.
I can spread that over 6 months if I want to. Maybe that will inspire me to stop walking around like a slob.......................lol

Can't think of anything else except being a lot better at everything than I have been in the past.:j

Mine are pretty much the same as Kyle's

Was hoping for a trip to Florida to see my brother, not sure if it will happen this year... but we will see what happens with the following.....

continue with ebay on a regular basis, selling wise
continue to make and sell more HM cards.
Hope to have at least 6 small debts paid off by July! (the extra money then will go towards savings, along with monies from above & below car boot)
Help OH with car boots, and in our area, we can at least do 2 a week (depends on the stuff we have suitable to sell)
    Save! Save! Save!
Continue with OS cooking & cleaning, and finding ways again to reduce the weekly shopping, and only use what I have in the store cupboard.
Find quality time for myself, aswell as enrolling the kids into more clubs!
And last of all, try and make the effort to exercise more!

Merry Christmas all and a Happy New Year!!!

Menu plan more - has gone to pot since I turned veggie

Use up what I have before buying more food.

Try and educate DS2 how to help more round the house etc!

try and get away for a short break with DH

    recycle/reuse as much as possible

keep the weight off that I have lost this year!

What a brilliant idea. Do you mind if I steal it??

    Plus:-

    Keep the house tidier
Stop buying things I don't really need
Cook the majority of things from scratch
Take my own lunch to work
Find a cheaper way of getting to work that is still time effective

    Loads more!!
Aiming to be Debt free by October 2013 :D
