Debt Free and Fat Free Wannabees (part 2)

Evening all,

Nearlyrich said earlier that we could resurrect this old thread name and use it as a DFW weight-loss thread.

I couldnt see that anyone else has started one yet and so i thought i might as well :D !

As i offered on the other thread before it was merged, if anyone wants the slimming world details i have a lot of them stored on my computer, just PM me for a copy.

So hows todays diet / exercise gone then?

  • Evening findingmyownway, love the new thread, cosy!

I have had a good debt free & fat free wannabe day, had a filling low fat dinner of leftovers, consisting mostly of cabbage :rotfl:

    How is everyone else doing?

    Hi finding... and everyone else.

Not really relevant, but can you give me the recipe for the flapjack please?
Not too FFW either, but I LOVE flapjack ;)

  • Luckily Im very skint (payday on Friday) so have run out of yummy chocolate things. Im going to walk part of the way home from work tomorrow. I would walk the whole way but parts of it are very unfriendly to pedestrians, pavement disappears completely & the traffic is very fast!

    hi every one
my days gone good in regards to the dfw side of things . But the ffw day started good (i have already lost 1 stone and 1 more to go) I had all my low fat meals planned even down to the milk in my cuppa, However it got to lunch time at the office and i ate my low fat soup which was by the way nothing more than flavored hot water. still feeling hungry i decided to take a nice stroll round the town centre for some light exercise but then it happened....
This big invisable man pushed me into greggs and forced me to buy (and eat) a custard tart but not only that my friends but I called in a paper shop for a nice bottle of water and suddenly a paid for creme egg fell into my pocket before i could even think about it i was wiping the choccie from round my mouth....now is there any one in here that can sell me some will power as i seemed to have misplaced mine!!!!!!!!!!!!
