Is it a good deal?


If you're going to buy at Threshers, it's a stonker of a deal. Yet of course 40% off Threshers prices doesn't automatically make it cheapest, so it's worth comparing the Threshers discounted price to, for example, the normal cheap supermarket price to ensure you're really saving cash.

I first heard about this offer when a friend naughtily forwarded this voucher they'd received via their work; I checked the forums and unsurprisingly it was here too (the post below) - yet as the voucher wasn't meant for the general public, I didn’t know if Thresher would honour the discount.

However after a chat Threshers has kindly given permission for me to put the offer on the site, and allow anyone who wants to print the voucher and and use it! Hoorah!

Threshers, is one of the largest wine store chains here in the UK and they have this wee pre-Christmas offer.

For ten days, from 30 November until 10 December, they will offering 40% off ALL their wine. That means all Stormhoek, all red and white, all French, all Spanish, all Australian, all Champagne. Everything. Shops included in this deal include Threshers, Wine Rack, Bottoms Up, Hadows and The Local.

There’s just one catch: They’re not promoting it. No ads, no in-store promotion. Zilch.
