I printed this off, but is it a good deal? You can't use it for any already discounted items such as 3 for 2. So For the average Joe who buys £3-4 plonk what might Threshers have that would make my 40% work???? I mean ASDA have some great wine at the moment 3 for a tenner. The South african cape at 14.5% is really tasty. Any Threshers ideas would be appreciated???

I don't mean to pee on the fireworks for this big discount, but I wonder how good it is?

Hi, we do a big range of wines 3 for £9.90 all the time, but the 40% would not work with this, if there was something you wanted me to find the price of with the discount please ask but you will have to give me a while to check, HTH

Thanks. I guess it would be great if you could post some names of good wines that will be worth buying with the benefit of the 40%. I prefer a nice red with a grading of C or D on scale

Just been checking and alot of our wine (or the ones in my shop) are £4.95 so 3 would be £9.90 with buy 2 get 1 free, but without the buy 2 get 1 free.. 3 bottles at £4.95 is £14.85 take off 40% and it is £8.91 which is better than the buy 2 get 1 free offer, and i expect a better deal than alot of supermarkets:D

Just rang my friend about the coupon and she said it was on superplonk website.which is here and just had a look it is really good, there is a search on the left put in thresher from the drop down list or the name of ur local shop if its listed and you can then pick the wine eg. Fortified, red , white etc, then wines from which country and then the price, then all you have to do is take 40% off.(There isnt all the wines listed on there but quite a few) This looks a really good site to price check.:beer:

I agree with Smegster, look before you leap.

If you are a tesco clubcard saver you could be earing 1,500 points on a £50 wine order, giving you £60 in deal vouchers!

therefore if you were saving for something specefic you could get your wine for free.
